The Character Counts theme for the month of November was "RESPECT." The teachers did a fabulous job integrating this pillar into their lessons.  I saw numerous lessons where respect was included in the writing assignments.  Respect was discussed during several lectures involving literature and history.  A few of the classes learned songs about respect.  This pillar was also a part of all conversations I had with students who came to visit me because of behavior issues.  I am extremely proud of how this entire campus is responding to this program.  To show my appreciation, I am giving all faculty, staff and students a "RESPECT FREE DRESS" on Friday, November 30th.  Everyone should wear yellow or gold to show respect for RESPECT!  Thank you!
