The Character Counts theme for the month of January is "Fairness."  Our main focus during class discussions will include the following:

~ Play by the rules ~ Take turns and share ~ Be opened minded; listen to others ~ Don't take advantage of others ~ Don't blame others carelessly ~

The theme color for the month is orange. We will be having a special Character Counts free dress during the month to promote fairness.

Please contimue to talk to your children at home about fairness.  This is so important as we try to build great leaders to make our society a better place to live.  Thank you.

Do what you are supposed to do ~ Persevere: keep on trying! ~ Always do your best ~ Use self-control ~  Be self-disciplined ~ Think before you act and consider the consequences ~ Be accountable for your choices ~

Parents: Please continue to talk to your children at home about responsibility.  This is so important as we try to build great leaders to make our society a better place to live.
