Please pardon the caution tape by the lunch area. We are having the sidewalk widened to better accommodate the lunch time pick up. This will also make additional room for our mommies with baby strollers. After all, there must be room for oohing and awing.
I hope you all enjoyed the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, I know the teachers did.
Dates to remember :
Friday, February 1 - shortened day, extended day care available, teacher appreciation luncheon
Friday, February 15 - School closed, teacher in-service day
Monday, February 18 - school closed, Presidents Holiday
Friday, February 22 - school closed- Open House 6:00pm-8:00pm

Happy New Year and Welcome Back
Welcome back and Happy New Year.
I am always amazed at the physical changes and cognitive growth of our students when they return after winter break. The New Year brings us to week 20 of our school year calendar. Time certainly flies by when you are having fun, and that indeed we are.
As we begin the New Year, we have a tremendous job ahead of us to meet our goals. We are excited for each new day. Please check your child's cubby for monthly newsletters, as well as weekly curriculum and classroom activities.
As soon as the yard dries, we will be back in the sandbox and out in the great fresh air. We know how important outside playtime is for the little ones.
